At first glance, the show resembles a conventional travel series, yet it offers a much deeper humanistic perspective. Inspired by Japan’s longstanding tradition of Rojo Kansatsugaku (Street Observation Studies) and informed by the methodologies of urban anthropology, particularly spontaneous street interviews, it gathers observations from everyday walks to rediscover the intriguing people, places, and stories that have become so familiar in daily life that they often go unnoticed.
