團隊接手這本雙月刊的企劃製作期間，剛好是全球疫情最嚴峻之時。我們以「移住時光」作為全新改版的特輯專題，呈現返鄉者重建家園、或外地人遷入生活的彰化樣貌，打破地方人口只會不斷外移的迷思。改版第二期則是「閱讀鄉土」，從共學計畫、校園圖書館、獨立書店、獨立刊物到四大古蹟書院，完整介紹彰化好讀又好玩的文化風景。
私たちのチームがこの隔月刊誌の企画・制作を担当したのは、世界的なパンデミックの真っただ中でした。リニューアル第1号では『移住時光』をテーマに、故郷へ戻る人々や新たに彰化へ移り住む人々の姿を通して、人口が流出するだけではない地域の新たな可能性を描きました。続く第2号『閱讀鄉土』では、共同学習の取り組みや学校図書館、独立系書店、独立系出版物、そして四大書院を巡りながら、彰化ならではの豊かな文化風景を紹介しています。
Our team took over the planning and production of this bimonthly magazine at the height of the global pandemic. The redesigned first issue, themed “A Time to Settle,” portrayed Changhua through the stories of people returning home and newcomers choosing to build their lives there, challenging the perception of rural decline. The second issue, “Reading the Homeland,” explored Changhua’s rich literary and cultural landscape through community learning programs, school libraries, independent bookstores, independent publications, and its four historic academies.

特別值得一提的是改版後第二期的雜誌封面，我們邀請家在彰化二林的小高潮色計事務所（ikuiku studio）擔任繪圖。這也算是她在日後榮獲台北國際書展大獎並在日本備受矚目前的一個重要里程碑。
リニューアル第2号では、彰化県二林出身のイラストレーター「ikuiku studio（小高潮色計事務所）」を表紙イラストに起用しました。この仕事は、その後、台北国際書展大賞の受賞や日本での活躍へとつながる、初期の代表的な仕事の一つとなりました。
A special highlight of the redesigned second issue is its cover illustration by Changhua-born illustrator “ikuiku studio,” based in Erlin. This collaboration marked an important early milestone in the studio’s career, preceding its Taipei International Book Exhibition Award and growing recognition in Japan.
