台灣申請聯合國世界遺產潛力點之一的阿里山林鐵，雖廣受國內外旅客歡迎，卻因遭逢921地震與多次風災而受損嚴重，中斷長達15年，終於在2024年夏季迎回全線通車。我們特別為此企劃執行了一系列的慶祝儀式與行銷活動，包括總統偕同內閣出席的全線通車典禮、盛大的週末林鐵市集等。我們也設計多款具收藏價值的票卡、戳章、海報和禮盒等紀念物件。
UNESCO世界遺産登録の潜在候補地の一つとして注目される台湾の阿里山森林鉄道は、国内外の旅行者に広く親しまれてきました。しかし、1999年の台湾921大地震や度重なる台風災害によって甚大な被害を受け、長期にわたり全線運行の中断を余儀なくされました。そして15年の歳月を経て、2024年夏、ついに全線運行再開を実現しました。私たちはこの歴史的な節目を祝し、総統および閣僚が出席した全線開通記念式典や、大規模な週末森林鉄道マーケットなど、一連の記念セレモニーとプロモーション活動の企画・制作を担当しました。また、記念乗車券、記念スタンプ、ポスター、限定ギフトボックスなど、コレクション性の高い各種メモリアルグッズのデザインも手掛けました。
The Alishan Forest Railway, one of Taiwan’s leading candidates for UNESCO World Heritage recognition, has long been cherished by domestic and international travelers. Severely damaged by the 1999 Jiji Earthquake and a series of typhoons, the railway remained partially closed for 15 years before finally resuming full operations along its entire route in the summer of 2024. To celebrate this historic milestone, we conceived and executed a comprehensive series of ceremonies and promotional events, including the full-line reopening ceremony attended by the President and cabinet members, as well as a large-scale weekend railway market. We also designed a range of collectible commemorative items, including special ticket sets, stamps, posters, and gift boxes.

本案所有設計都融入與阿里山歷史人文相關的藝術元素，比如在通車典禮邀請編舞家創作表演、在市集活動使用浮世繪風格插畫作為主視覺、或者在紀念票卡上呈現精緻的印刷裱工等等。這些設計都讓百年林鐵傳統而制式的宣傳，脫胎換骨，嶄新重生。
阿里山の歴史と文化をモチーフに、記念式典のパフォーマンス、浮世絵風のメインビジュアル、特殊印刷による記念乗車券などを展開。百年の歴史を持つ森林鉄道の広報イメージを刷新し、その魅力を現代的に再構築しました。
Every design element is rooted in Alishan’s rich history and cultural heritage. We commissioned original choreography for the opening ceremony, used ukiyo-e-style illustrations for the market’s visual identity, and applied exquisite printing and mounting craftsmanship to the commemorative tickets. These creative approaches transformed the century-old railway’s conventional publicity, giving its legacy a vibrant, contemporary rebirth.
