團隊以園區使用者經驗調查為基礎，提出了中正紀念堂轉型為永續都市森林公園的整體設計方案。透過綠蔭迴廊、公園延伸、親水草地、民主大道重構、銅像空間轉譯，以及屋頂瞭望開放等策略，重新思考轉型正義在城市空間上的重大意義。我們希望能將園區轉化為兼具生態永續、歷史反思、公共對話與城市休憩功能的開放場域，讓不同世代與立場的人們，都能在此共享自由、多元且永續開放的舒適空間。
私たちは、園内利用者へのリサーチをもとに、中正紀念堂を持続可能な都市森林公園へと転換する総合的なデザイン提案を行いました。木陰の回廊、公園空間の拡張、親水空間と芝生広場、民主大道の再構築、蒋介石銅像の空間的再解釈、そして屋上展望デッキの開放といったデザイン戦略を通して、都市空間におけるトランジショナル・ジャスティス（移行期正義）の新たな可能性を提案しています。生態系への配慮、歴史へのまなざし、市民の対話、そして都市の憩いを兼ね備えた開かれた公共空間として再生することで、世代や立場を超えた人々が、自由で多様性に富み、誰もが心地よく過ごせる場所となることを目指しました。
Grounded in extensive user experience research, our team developed a comprehensive proposal to transform the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall into a sustainable urban forest park. Through strategies including shaded green corridors, expanded parkland, water features and lawns, the redesign of Democracy Boulevard, the spatial reinterpretation of the CKS statue, and the opening of a rooftop observation deck, the proposal reconsiders the role of transitional justice in shaping urban space. We envision the site as an open public landscape that integrates ecological sustainability, historical reflection, civic dialogue, and urban recreation — a place where people of different generations and perspectives can share a free, inclusive, and welcoming environment.

展覽手冊依循「歷史、空間、設計」三個層次展開。從中正紀念堂的歷史演變與轉型契機出發，透過空間使用經驗與現況診斷，進一步提出融合生態永續、公共遊憩與民主對話的整體設計提案，重新思考這座重要城市地景的未來可能。
本展覧会冊子は、「歴史・空間・デザイン」という三つの視点から構成されています。中正紀念堂の歴史的変遷と転換の契機をたどり、空間の利用実態や来場者の体験を通して現状を分析したうえで、生態系の持続可能性、市民の憩い、民主的な対話を融合した総合的なデザイン提案を提示しています。これにより、この重要な都市景観の未来像をあらためて問い直します。
The exhibition booklet is structured around three interconnected dimensions: history, space, and design. Beginning with the historical evolution of the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall and the opportunities for its transformation, it examines current conditions through the lens of spatial use and visitor experience. It then presents a comprehensive design proposal integrating ecological sustainability, public recreation, and democratic dialogue, reimagining the future of this significant urban landscape.
