向來善於田調研究的探照文化團隊，於此計畫上山下海地深入探訪農漁職人的勞動現場，我們不僅介紹物產的身世沿革、種養方式、產季特色與風土條件，更進一步結合主廚與顧問的料理研發，將生鮮食材轉化為可在家庭廚房實際操作的食譜。讓讀者不僅長知識，也能動手做。
フィールドワークを重視する私たちは、山間部から海辺まで嘉義県各地を訪ね歩き、農家や漁業者たちの仕事の現場に寄り添いながら取材を重ねました。食材の歴史や栽培・養殖方法、旬の時期、テロワールを紹介するだけでなく、シェフや専門家との協働により、家庭でも再現できる実践的なレシピとしてまとめています。知識を深めるだけでなく、実際に作りながら楽しめる構成となっています。
Known for our fieldwork-driven approach, we traveled from mountains to coastlines to document the working lives of farmers and fishers. Beyond introducing the histories, cultivation methods, seasonal characteristics, and terroir of local ingredients, the editorial team also collaborated with chefs and culinary consultants to develop practical recipes that readers can recreate in their own kitchens.
