這個帶狀節目始於新冠疫情封城時刻，當時所有影視製作都暫停，但我們希望能推出一個另類的實境秀來陪伴大家，名稱叫做「Alone Together」，表現出人類在疫情中的共存狀態：練習獨處卻又彼此連結。一整季節目共13集，每一集主題經過廣泛調查都是當時人們普遍遭遇的社會心理困境。節目邀請不同專業領域人士，透過創新的SFH (Shoot From Home) 方式，進行「不在場的現場拍攝」。
新型コロナウイルスによるロックダウンで、あらゆる映像制作が停止していた時期に始まった本帯番組。当時、すべての映像制作が止まるなか、人々に寄り添う新しいリアリティ番組を届けたいという思いから誕生しました。『Alone Together』というタイトルには、パンデミック下における人類の共存のあり方——一人で過ごすことを学びながらも、互いにつながり続けるという状態——が込められています。全13話からなるシーズン1では、各話のテーマを、当時多くの人々が共通して直面していた社会的・心理的課題への綿密なリサーチをもとに構成しました。さまざまな分野の専門家を迎え、独自のSFH（Shoot From Home）方式を採用することで、「不在の現場撮影」という新しい映像制作手法を実現しました。
Launched during the COVID-19 lockdowns, when all screen production had come to a halt, this recurring series was created as a new kind of reality show to accompany audiences through an unprecedented period.
Titled “Alone Together,” the series reflected a shared human condition during the pandemic: learning to be alone while remaining connected. Its first season comprised 13 episodes, each developed through extensive research into the social and psychological challenges people commonly faced at the time. Featuring guests from diverse professional fields, the series pioneered an innovative SFH (Shoot From Home) approach, enabling on-location filming without a production crew.

SFH與一般使用Google Meet或Zoom視訊會議錄影完全不同。如果只是用這些方式，難免有音像傳輸遲滯的問題，更遑論要達成Full-HD的電視播出規格。於是，我們發展了一套嶄新的拍攝流程，讓參與的節目來賓彼此和拍攝團隊三方都能順暢同步作業。
SFHは、Google MeetやZoomなどのWeb会議システムを使った録画とは根本的に異なります。こうした方法では、音声や映像の遅延が避けられず、Full HDのテレビ放送品質を満たすこともできません。そこで私たちは、出演者同士と制作チームがリアルタイムでスムーズに連携できる、新たな撮影ワークフローを開発しました。
SFH is fundamentally different from recording a standard video conference on Google Meet or Zoom. Conventional remote recording inevitably suffers from audio and video latency, making it impossible to meet Full HD broadcast standards. To overcome these limitations, we developed a new filming workflow that enabled participants and the production team to work together in seamless real-time synchronization.
